The 2024 Ntataise ECD Championship was a spectacular celebration of creativity, learning, and teamwork! This year’s theme, “The Olympics: Healthy Body & Mind,” inspired participants to explore innovative ways to promote physical and mental well-being in young children.

Throughout five fun and educational quests, players from across the country engaged in activities that combined reading, playing, and creating with children. The championship highlighted the importance of fostering holistic development in the early years, sparking joy and creativity.

After weeks of incredible efforts, the championship crowned its winner: Carla Prinsloo! Her outstanding performance and unique approach to the challenges stood out among the thousands of participants. Carla and the two runner-up winners each received a money voucher as prizes.

Within the Ntataise Network, additional winners were recognized for their outstanding achievements in specific categories. Somaganthi Naidoo earned R5,000 worth of toys for their ECD Centre, while Carla Prinsloo from Ntataise won a laptop for her training organisation.

Ntataise also celebrated another major victory, claiming the coveted Ntataise Network Trophy for achieving the highest overall points score. These awards highlight the incredible dedication and impact of individuals and organizations within the Ntataise Network!
